Duchessa from Gritti Prive Collection are exclusive perfumes and contain high-quality and natural ingredients. These niche fragrances are not found in standard perfume shops but only in a specialized "Haute" Parfumerie such as our PARFUMERIE MARIE ROSE and are only made in a small edition.

A shadow: there is something. She determines fate as she walks along the herb path. As she passes, there is magic in the air, as warm as the shades of fruit that announce her arrival. Her cloak weaves gold and velvet and she has a delicate but steadfast step. Amused, she turns around to look at its effect. Aristocratic weakness.

Ripe black cherries wrapped in fresh marzipan and the fine bitterness of red orange peel. The heart is a delight: a creamy mix of white flowers and powdery cocoa notes; Duchessa's sillage is warm, balsamic, intoxicating. Sweet as a drink. A "narcotic": cherry and sugar, the true obsession. The scent of a Gritti woman, bold and determined.

The design of Gritti Privé is inspired by the palaces of the Italian nobility: the bottles are lined with velvet, a reference to the clothing of the Venetian doges, and crowned by 24-carat gold stoppers with the emblem of the Gritti dynasty on the top.
For each extrait of Gritti Privé, the perfumer created unique twists of two distinctive accords to fuse them together, adding unique nuances and notes necessary for a perfect balance.
The collection's opulent packaging pays homage to the Gritti family's jewelry boxes: from luxurious velvet boxes to hard protective covers personally designed by Luca Gritti.
